The trust score
One number, earned the hard way.
The score runs from 300 to 850. It comes from people who rated their experience, weighted by how reliable each rater has been.
- Shows after 5 ratings. One bad date doesn’t make a score.
- Reliability-weighted. Raters with a good track record count for more.
- Split by context. Dated, worked with and dealt with are rated separately.
- Red flags say what went wrong.
- Green flags say what went right. Good guys get receipts too.

Is it really anonymous?
Your name and number are never shown next to what you post. You sign in so we can keep out bots and banned accounts, but the people you write about never see who you are.
Is Clairitea free?
Every account gets free lookups each week, and sharing your own experience earns more. Clairitea Plus gives you more lookups and extra features.
How do you stop fake or nasty posts?
Every post is checked before it goes live, anyone can report a post that breaks the house rules, and the trust score weights raters by how reliable they’ve been. Threats, private details and anything about minors are removed.
I’m on a page. What can I do?
You can reply once to what’s said about you. If something breaks the rules or is about the wrong person, contact us from the support page with the link. You don’t need an account.
