If someone posted about you on Clairitea, you can ask us to review it, even if you have never used the app. Prefer email? Write to safety@clairitea.com.

Tell us which post and what is wrong with it. You do not need an account.

  1. Tell us which post The page link, which post, and what is wrong with it.
  2. Confirm your email We send you a link. Your request starts when you open it.
  3. We review it We aim to review it within 48 hours.

We remove posts that break the House rules, including private information, threats, harassment and posts about the wrong person. A post that follows them may stay up, because it is another person’s account of their own experience.

We never remove or change a post in exchange for payment.
